ABOUT THE CREATOR

Dochi began with a simple mission: to spread joy and gratitude through something sweet. After surviving a life-threatening condition, founder Jason set out to create a business rooted in appreciation — and teamed up with his best friend Frank to bring it to life. The result was the “Dochi,” a mochi donut with a signature bubble-ring shape that’s soft, chewy, and made to be shared.

Inspired by the textures of Japanese mochi and the comfort of American donuts, each handcrafted Dochi is topped with playful glazes and made with care. What started as a pop-up in Orlando has grown into a growing family of shops across Florida, Washington, and Colorado — all locally owned, all spreading happiness one donut at a time.
